So I hear we're raiding Spangler's house for McH LAN 2010.
So let's get the ball rolling so everyone has time to get funds saved up and when it'll be.
I'm assuming everyone wants to do it for summer again? If so, the normal School schedules would mean late-june to mid-August opening? So I'll open up with a multi-weekend vote so everyone can figure out when they can or cannot go.
This also assumes we'll be in Washington state for the LAN.
Are we paying Spangler for the weekend? We should at least chip in for electric. Food, water, drinks, "drinks", prizes, etc.

Sorry guys, I had to edit the poll to include a tally of who wants to just plain go. That way we can figure out how many people are interested as well. Start voting!!!

I only meet with strangers if they have some candy or back massages to offer. Also, if their van has any windows on the back, that's a no go.

Sounds great! Granted, I've being a stranger to McH community for a while now (mainly due to work and life), but with some freed up time I should be able to visit TF2 server more often and would love to stop by 2010 LAN, especially since it'll be in Washington this time. Doesn't matter on what date it will fall (at least for me) since if planned ahead, then schedules can be adjusted accordingly.

i thought i remembered him saying he was living in bellevue the last time he was on here, but i could be wrong..maybe it was that he was working in bellevue....either way, im in seattle and would like to go. hopefully ill have a computer again by then...i found this rack mount computer case recently and im looking to build a computer in it for our live show (lighting, audio/video, etc.), but i think ill beef it up pretty good for gaming too. oh yeah, and if we're having it at someone's house, you all should let us play a live show there... i'll get the dudes to do it for free (maybe some drinks too).

Woah! Less wasn't lying when he said someone ressurected the thread. hmm... well, I am surely not going to speak about such a thing in this particular forum since it's named Lanada after our fruity neighbors to the north. As for hosting an event, the origional idea was to offer my space for MaCHinE people to have their lan but since theat wasn't worth a response, I suppose we should move forward with a Spangler-enabled battle plan. I'm almost off work then Im off to that new vampire movie, lemme bounce ideas of my girl and Ill pop back here with some hard numbers and shit. ttyl PS: Spanglada??? lol

Late June is starting to take the lead, that'd be just a little over 5 months now. So it's coming up sooner that you'd expect! VOTE NOW!

I plan on visiting Washington sometime this summer, if things get rolling I will try to be there when ever it's time. I will be boxless but I will be there.

I think that it's quite clear that early June is the best time so I think we should probably get on to actually planning If the higher ups haven't started to yet.

If it's in western washington, I should be able to provide some logistics support and my presence, not sure about the computer part though... =/
